Just started into the new year we began with preparations for the projects in 2020, the year of ours10 year anniversary. One of the projects that we have been accompanying for years is the Xmas Bag project in cooperation with our close partner Gondwana Care Trust. Most recently, 2,000 Xmas bags were given to children in need, who are at schools, kindergardens, orphanages who really need any help. From school supplies, toys to food and other useful things- a bag costs NS200.00 (ZAR 200) as a donation – that’s about 12.50 Euros. This year we want to provide at least 3,000 bags together with in-kind donors and the Gondwana Care Trust. The collection and the first packaging begin in October, so that the Xmas Bags for the kids are ready just in time for the Christmas holidays. Your support can make a difference for the kids, whose families in the distribution regions have also been affected by the continuing drought in recent years.
