Around Christmas we started with our partner Humanitarian Empowerment Fund our first GUFC bakery in Newclare, Johannesburg. In the starting phase we can produce around 100 loafs of bread a day until we will be able to work to a full capacity of 200. To make the process efficient and cut energy costs we installed additionally solar and own water well of good quality.
