Fran built Women’s Football in South Africa and helped to develop Girls and Women’s Football in so many other African countries. She acts as Chief of Female Football at SAFA for nearly 30 years, was Banyana Banyana Coach and worked as an instructor for FIFA and CAF. She is also responsible for the “Female Leadership” program at COSAFA
